A large country house on a Vineyard/Olive grove
Huge house on a 7.2 hectare land with vineyard and olive grove. Italian country living. The village near by (Loretto Aprutino) is home to many expats from UK, and Nederland and other random nomads like me. There are restaurants and pizzeria near by to explore. An Amazing restaurant in Loreto with a Garden sitting in the Summer and indoor siting in the winter serves specialty dishes from Loreto. They serve the best Arrosticini (lamb kebabs) in the area. You'll need a car. Might let you use the Lamborghini tractor if you have the license to drive a tractor.

Retired, Single Traveller
I am retired, exploring the world by myself making new friends. I have a 3 bedroom apartment on the Beach in Francavilla al Mare willing to exchange.
