Cosy family home with a breathtaking view on the old town
We live in a spacious 3- bedroom apartment in the the small but lively bilingual town of. Fribourg. It’s located right next to the capital of Bern in the heart of Switzerland. The alps are about a 45 minute drive away:-) Our flat is situated on a semi-private street a d it’s a rather quiet neighbourhood. However, from our flat you can reach the city centre by foot (15 Minutes), by bus or bike. Grocery stores are within walking distance (5 minutes by foot) but be aware of the restricted Swiss opening hours!

Cosy family home in bilingual Fribourg/Freiburg
As a bilingual family, we bring the best of both worlds (French and German speaking part of Switzerland) together: We are always running a bit behind schedule but miraculously end up being on time, we love little adventures but we also enjoy quiet days at home. I would also claim we are very reliable. While our home is clean, we are in all fairness not super tidy and our home is cosy rather than stylish…
