About the neighborhood

Our apartment is very central - 200 metros to the next bus and underground station. 3 supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a great fitness centre 50 metros form the house. We live in a lively district with nice restaurants - and we are only 15 minutes by foot from the very centre of Vienna.

Dirk and Sonja's two homes are better than they are represented on intervac!! They are fab! Stunning properties in fabulouslocations. Dirk, Sonja & Lena were really lovely. Excellent communication. They left our houses spotless. I would highly recommend them for an exchange. We had a really wonderful holiday in Austria.

We loved our exchange with Dirk and Sonja! Everything was exactly as described in these hosts' listing. The location of the house is exceptional. They are absolutely wonderful people and gave us all the recommendations we needed about Vienna. They were great guests.
