Our home dates back to 1745: it is a recently fully renovated house with a heated swimming pool. It is situated in the fruit orchards of Belgium, in Haspengouw. The kitchen is fully equiped with 3 multifunctional ovens, fridge, freezer, steamer, dishwasher, ... The living is very spacious and is very nicely ordened: we have a large table, a fireplace, 2 sofa's and a wide flat sreen tv. The bathroom consists of 1 central bath, 2 showers and 2 sinks. We have 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, and a smaller room with a single bed. The house has 2 separate toilets.

In addition, we also have a very comfortable furnished veranda. The space has a beautiful view on nature and offers a lot of peace and quiet. You can also use this as a dining area, to read quietly or simply enjoy nature ...

Very recently (2024) we installed a swimming pool. The swimming pool has a length of 9 meters and a width of 4 meters. It is heated from May to September (depending on weather conditions) and has an automatic shutter. Furthermore, the chlorine content is adjusted completely automatically. the swimming pool also offers a very nice view of the house and the garden and is a great place to spend fun moments.

The house has been renovated in 2014 with the most luxurious materials: natural french stones, parquet, ... We already had exchanges with Valencia, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Montreal, Nice, Sevilla, Vancouver, ...
