VILLANUEVA DE LA VERA, Spania

We live in an old house just restored, in the skirts of the mountain, located in a big state of 20 Ha in the southwest of Spain. We have a little farm, with 5 cows, 4 horses, 12 ships, chickens, ducks... for the house needs, and a plantation of fig trees and an organic orchard with all types of vegetables and fruits, spetially in summer time!
Cristobal is sculptor and has his studio close by. The house is 450 m2 , decorated with william Morris fabrics and wood furniture. In the ground level there is the kitchen, dinnig room and living room, conected , and a big studio and another big children room, a rest room and the laundry room and storage room. As well there is a very nice and usefull porch . Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The animals, the ground  and swiming pool do not  need to be looked after as there is someone charged of it, living close but independent.
There is a astonishing river passing 3 min from the house, in the propertie, and a big  private swiming pool. Very nice walks around, and 5 cycles to be used.
