Home with a big beautiful garden in Centre Amsterdam, Netherlands
We live in a comfortable 150 m2 apartment wich is located in City-district West. The neighbourhood called "Landlust" in the centre of Amsterdam and a 5 minutes walk away from the Erasmuspark. Also the famous Westerpark and Westergasfabriek and the trendy district De Jordaan and the Amsterdam canals are nearby. The apartment is build in 1910, and is renewed in 2017 into a modern and comfortable home. We are easy to reach by public transport. There is a tram-stop in front of the house. There is a direct connection to the Museumplein where the Rijksmuseum (Rembrandt, etc.), Van Goghmuseum (Vincent van Gogh and contemporaries) and the Stedelijk Museum (Modern Art)
If you like to come by car, checkout nearby garages or P&R-locations. From 9:00 till 24:00 hours you have to pay for streetparking except on sundays.

a master bedroom with large doublebed and connected to a private shower.
3 bedrooms with small double beds for the childeren.

It was an easy house to take care and it was close to nice park and neighbourhood. The tram stop for down town was just in front of house's entrance door and then Old Amsterdam was waiting for us, full of Christmas atmosphere!! The lovely family welcomed us and then we bit them farewell, since it was a non simultaneous exchange.We got in love with two house cats, siblings though and one of them very fond of cuddling!!...It was a very christmasy exchange, as we dreamed and hoped to be...Thanks Albeers family for the opportunity you offered us
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement de Maarten et de sa famille. C'est très confortable et chaleureux. Il est aussi très agréable avec un joli jardin. Nous n'en avons pas profité car il faisait vraiment froid à Amsterdam. Nous étions très contents d'avoir la compagnie des deux chats de la maison. Il y a une chambre au rez-de chaussée et les autres chambres sont en sous-sol avec des fenêtres. Et en plus, l'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux transports en commun.
La casa nos encantò. Muy bonita, luminosa y con un jardin precioso. Un montòn de juguetes. Estaba bien situada cerca del centro pero lejos de los turistas. Nos gustò micho poder usar sus bicis, las utilizamos mucho. La familia muy bien, muy atentos y serviciales para cualquier cosa. Recomendaríamos la casa a cualquiera. Incluso repetiríamos de nuevo algún otro año. Gracias por todo! Deseando volver.
