Architect-designed house on Barsebäck Golf & Country Club
*Looking for summer exchange 2026 and extended weekends any time *
Our open spaced house is located at the Barsebäck Golf & Country Club in the province of Skåne in southern Sweden, just by the Öresund strait right next to the Järavallen Nature reserve and in the horizon you see Copenhagen, capital of Denmark.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen and dining room, a small bedroom, bathroom and living room. From the living room you can enter to the patio outside where you enjoy the sun during the whole day and barbecue in the evening. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a children room, and a second bathroom. The layout of the home is scandinavian with bright wooden details and high ceilings and an open fireplace.
All appliances is available, modern and state of the art, washer, dryer, microwave, cooker, espresso- and coffee makers and vacuuming robot. Kitchen, living room and master bedroom renovated in 2018.
Air condition is installed.
We have several computers for your use, both Mac & PC, laptops and stationary, iPads and of course a wifi-network with high speed 100/100 Mbps fibre optic broadband connection. The TV-room have a 46" LED 3D-tv with cable-channels, Apple-Tv, Chromecast and Netflix. Here is also a mac at your disposal. The master bedroom has a 32" LCD tv with 4rd gen Apple-tv/Netflix. We have three oculus quest with a few games for you to try.
A modern and safe electric car with automatic transmission is available if needed. The range is 250-415 km, depending on mixed driving/highway or pure city traffic. A charging station is available at the house. Navigation equipment and Apple carplay / Android mirror screen
The nearest major airport is Copenhagen Airport, CPH or Malmö Airport, MMX
We will always treat your home as if it were our own.
We are non-smokers.
We are fully vaccinated against COVID19.

On the resort you will find two restaurants, public pool, gym and with easy access to the nature reserve.
There is a large shopping center 7 km to the east with a wide variety of shops if you don't wish to visit the numerus of shopping areas in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg or Copenhagen.
The area offers a wide variety of activity for all senses and you have the danish capital, Copenhagen, only one hour away
