House with idyllic garden in Freiburg: Green City & Black Forest, Germany

From our wooden house (built in 2009) it takes 20 minutes by bicycle (the most sensible mode of transport in and around town) to the historic center of Freiburg and only 30 minutes by train to be in the middle of the wonderful Black Forest. It is also close to France (Alsace region) and Switzerland. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, a cozy living room with open kitchen and terrace, another bathroom and a study room on the ground floor. In the basement you find a music rehearsal room with grand piano and drumset (which can be used if they are treated with care). We have a large garden with enough space to play and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.
