Nice house in Nykvarn, 30 minutes from Stockholm City by train.
We are now looking for an exchange for summer 2026. For 2025 we already have an agreement.
Our home was built in 2006 and it is still in excellent condition. The house is situated in a quiet area in Nykvarn, outside of Stockholm, perfect for families and couples. The house has 234 m2 living area, large terrace and a 1900 m2 garden with playground for children.
The area of Nykvarnis great if you wish to combine city life with recreational activities.
Stockholm city is 30 minutes away on the train or by car. Visit sites like the Abba-musem, the Vasa museum, the old town or the royal castle. Or take a day and visit the beautiful archipielago of Stockholm, Strängnäs or Stendörren.

Dear Intervac friends,
We are a family of 5, Jari, Jeanette and the children Linnea and the twin boys Alfred and Henry. Jari works as a Project Manager within goverment and Jeanette works at AstraZeneca as a Sr Packaging Engineer. The children are studying. Linnea and Alfred are training on fitness centers and the boys like to play computer games with their friends. In the summer, we enjoy to spend time in the archipelago and in the winter, we like to ski. Jeanette also likes gardening and acrylic painting.
We live at the country side, 10 kilometers outside Nykvarn and approximately 50 kilometers from Stockholm (45 minutes by car in normal traffic, or 30 minutes by train).
Our house has 6 bedrooms with adult size beds, 3 bathroom, a large kitchen with open flat to the living room. From the kitchen you access a big terrace with a heated pool (5x10 meters), a SPA and a big garden.
From Nykvarn or Södertälje it´s easy to go to Stockholm by train. In Stockholm you can visit the Old Town, Djurgården, Gröna Lund, a lot of museums and restaurants. By car you can visit Mariefred, Strängnäs and Trosa.
