Large apartment in Central Barcelona with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, WC, terrace room and a terrace. Well equipped. Air conditioning. Plenty of books… and records! We also have a parking near at home. Perfect for exploring the city, very well connected! We travel with our two daughters: 16 and 13. Now looking for a 2 weeks exchange in august 2026

About the neighborhood
The apartment is located in Passeig Sant Joan, a nice avenue with kids areas. Five minutes walking to nearest tubest station (Verdaguer or Joanic). Just two blocks from Gracia neighborhood. Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gràcia are just 10 minutes away by walking. Many supermarkets, markets, nice small shops and cinemas around the area
El piso está ubicado en el Passeig de Sant Joan, un agradable paseo con un parque infantil y de juegos. A cinco minutos andando del metro (parada Verdaguer o Joanic). A dos calles del barrio de Gracia. Muy cerca de la Sagrada Familia y del Paseo de Gracia. Zona llena de supermercados y pequeños comercios, y varios cines.

Everything as expected in an area that was perfect for us. Great public transport very close. A very large apartment with loads of space so very suitable I would have thought for a large family. The hosts absolutely super - great communication and even took us to the airport when leaving.
A lovely big appartement in the heart of Barcelona. Family-friendly with a public playground in front of the house, a great bus connection to the beaches and main tourist attractions. A true Barcelona experience with restaurants and bars in Gracia jusr around the corner.
We loved our swap in Barcelona - the apartment was lovely, very clean and as described. It was very central for the the sight so we did not use our car but it was so useful to be able to use Vàleria and Guillem’s car parking space. We had good communication with our host family and everything was great.
Very nice and easy-going family! Good presentation on the listing page, except for their daugthers beds, which are not good for a person almost 2,00m tall !
