It's located 5 minutes walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and bars. If you want to go to Valencia city center it´s just 20 minutes by underground or by car.

We had the pleasure of exchanging homes with Gonzalo, Paula, and their son Eric in Valencia, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them to other Intervac members. From the very beginning, communication was easy, clear, and friendly. They provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay in their home. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared—and we immediately felt welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. They left helpful tips about the area, including local restaurants and attractions, which made our time in Valencia even more special. When we returned home, we found our house in perfect condition, cared for as if it were their own. Great family! Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable. Close to Mercadona market and bunch of restaurants. Very comfortable access to Valencia and other places. Very good exchange! Can't say any bad word. And great friends! :)

We are Paula and Gonzalo. We really like travelling around the world as Paula's parents did many years ago, we mean, exchanging their home. We are both teachers and fortunately we have the chance to travel, specially on summertime.
