House with nice garden in the city of Gothenburg.

Hello!

We are a family of five. Viktor 40 (engineer), Helena 39 (engineer), Towe 8, Linn 6 and Agnes 3.5 years.
We live in the city of Göteborg (Gothenburg) on the island Hisingen.
We have done a few exchanges during the last three years, with Denmark, Norway, France, the Netherlands and also within Sweden. We have really enjoyed these stays a lot and want to continue making holidays with Intervac exchanges.

Our house has four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and a cellar.
Master bedroom is situated downstairs and has a double bed. One bedroom has a bunkbed suitable for both children and adults, upper bed 90 cm wide and lower 120 cm wide. This room also has wardrobes. The third bedroom has a "junior" bed and a TV with a Wii game. The last bedroom has a 90 cm wide bed and wardrobes.
Additional beds, as well as a baby bed, are available and can be placed where ever you want.
The upper bathroom has a combined shower and bath, a toilet and two sinks.
In the kitchen we have a dishwasher and plenty of cookware. Both the fridge and the freezer are large.
In the cellar we have washing and drying room with a washingmachine and a dryer as well as laundry rope. There is also the second bathroom (toilet) in the cellar.

The garden is full of flowers, fruits and berries. Hedges around the garden gives privacy. We have a sun deck whith furniture where you can enjoy a barbeque (we have a gas grill) or just relax. The garden has swings, trampolin and a sandbox for the children to play with.
Eventhough we live close to the city centre, the area around is nice and peaceful. Our street is only trafficked by the people who live on the street.

There are parks nearby. For example Ramberget where you can get a nice good view of the whole city and Hisingsparken which is great for running or walking.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the middle of Göteborg City with the tram. The tram stop is only three minutes walk from our house, which is very convenient.
Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the sea for swimming. A harbour with cafés and restaurants are a 20 minutes walk away.
There is also a public swimming pool (both indoors and outdoors) 5 minutes walk from our house.

Göteborg, Sweden's second largest city, is a nice city with a lot to offer for all ages. For example the amusementpark Liseberg (direct tram connection from our stop), many museums, Slottskogen (free zoo), plenty of shops and a lot more.

We are open for suggestions from everywhere both shorter and longer exchanges.

Vi är även intresserade av att byta inom Sverige för en helg eller vecka.
