Large house, 50 m from the beach
We are retired and open for exchange spring,summer and autumn.
Large house in 3 levels. Located only 50 m from a beach and overlooking the water. Nice, secluded garden.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and windows to the garden and to the beach. There is also a large entrance hall, a small toilet and a kitchen with dining table.
The first floor has 4 rooms, one of which is a living room with a balcony, one is the master bedroom, one is a guest room and the last is an office. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor, it has both a bath and a shower.
The basement has a large room with a bar, and adjoining bathroom and sauna. There is also laundry room, a small workshop, a back entrance, and a guest room.
There is free wireless internet in the house.
We have 2 electric bikes, that are available for use.
We have an outdoors hot tub.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of beautiful walks nearby in woods and along the beach.
Situated 2 km from the centre of a town, with about 10000 inhabitants. Lots of good shopping opportunities in the centre.

Die Tauschpartner waren sehr nett obwohl wir fast 2 Stunden später als erwartet bei Ihnen eingetroffen sind.Sie haben uns alles gezeigt und waren sehr offen. Das Haus war so wie im Intervac-Angebot beschrieben mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick auf den Fjord. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Very charm and comfortable house. Interesting surroundings. Among other places, we went to LegoLand and enjoyed it a lot.
Die Tauschpartner waren sehr nett. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr hübsch und die Umgebung ist ruhig und treffend beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
