Alaior, Spania

Unsere Tauschpartner Carmen und Jan sind sehr nette Leute wurde mir von meinen Nachbarn erzählt, es war eine schöne und interessante Begegnung - auch für mich im Nachhinein! Das Haus in Alaior ist wunderbar renoviert und war sehr angenehm zu bewohnen. Alles war perfekt, danke!

Prior to this exchange we had great communication/ arrangements. The home in Menorca is in a wonderful little town. We thoroughly enjoy the August Fiesta. Our hosts had left the home well equipped and generously left wine and food for our arrival. The Spanish neighbours were also very welcoming. The house is in an excellent position to visit the whole Island.

This was an excellent exchange. Carmen and Jan did everything to make it work well - excellent communication, helpful information, lovely clean and comfortable house, easy to get into with key system, everything you could need was there. The house and patio were as described on the site. They were friendly and really quick with information we needed. Our home was left clean and tidy, just as we left it. A superb house exchange to a lovely place; we couldn't ask for more!

We had a very pleasant exchange in Carmen and Jan's house. They were very helpful in providing information. The house was comfortable, cool and well-shaded, while the veranda and back garden were perfect for dining and watching the sunset. Alaior is a lovely little town. Very conveniently located for visiting other towns and beaches. We had a hire car so we can't comment on local transport. We particularly enjoyed the 'Summer Nights' sessions in the square on Wednesday nights. The Centro Culturel was a favourite restaurant. We would be very happy to return to Menorca.
