An 1800:th century mansion at the countryside an hour from Stockholm
To Bie (then called Augustenbad) people came from all over Europe in the 1900:th century to drink the healthy water. Our house is neighboring the old park. It´s from 1752 with lots of original details. But of course modernly equipped. We have a 6000 square meter garden, and a wonderful granary from the 1900:th century where you can have dinnerparties in the summer. The surrounding landscape is pristine with old gravel roads and lots of horses and other cattle. From the nearby town Katrineholm (ten minutes by car) there are trains every hour to Stockholm which takes one hour.

About the neighborhood
Its an old village (our house is the oldest) but with newer houses further away. Lots of small gravelroads for long walks or bicycle trips. Forests with lots of mushroms in the autumn. Nearest lake to swim in ca 5 km. You can go there by bike.

I live most of the time in our big house, but also with my partner in Stockholm, where i work as a freelance-journalist, teacher in creative writing etc. My twenty year old daughter has not moved out quite yet.
