Welcome to wonderful Copenhagen!
Our house (230 m2 or 2475 squarefeet) is located close to Copenhagen airport in a quiet villa neighbourhood, and close to the city. Easy public transport access to Copenhagen centre (2 stops on the train to city, 1 stop to airport). Train station 7 min walk. Private parking for 2 cars. 2 story house - upstairs you will find guestroom with single bed+ walk-in closet, a livingroom and office/guest bedroom with double bed, also exit to roof terrace. Downstairs a big open kitchen/dining area, living room, master bedroom + ensuite bathroom/toilet with shower, 2 additional bedrooms, laundry room, guest toilet and bathroom with bathtub. Livingroom, kitchen, one of the bedrooms access the beautiful secluded private yard - equipped with 2 terraces, outdoor spa (39 degrees celsius all year around), barbecue grill and 2 outside dining tables, fire pit and sunbeds. Livingroom also accesses glassed-in veranda/sitting area headed towards the garden with possibility to open the full side, which creates a sort of indoor terrace towards garden. Garden contains flowers, small lawn, swings and a lounge area. All newly renovated and contemporary.
The area is quiet and also close to several nature areas (also by foot). You can also easily bike or a quick drive (7 min) to some of the best and biggest beaches around Copenhagen. Also close to Dragør - which is an old area many tourists love to visit, with a very HC Andersen type of vibe.
We are quite open to travelling anywhere during the dates set - but preferably a warm nice place in Europe - as we do not want to travel too far at this time. Having access to a pool would be great :-)

Sobre el vecindario
lovely family neighborhood. The school and public swimming-pool just next door. Walking distance to food shopping, and a little bit further to a small square with boutiques. Also close to Denmarks largest shopping mall with cinema, shops, restaurants. Close to the train that will take you to centre of Copenhagen or Sweden. Lovely green areas close by - great for walks, dog-walking, nature-playing. Also a short drive or bike ride to several of Copenhagens best beaches. Close to Dragør - the little "fairtale" HC Andersen type village, that many tourists love to visit.

Mother Kajsa (originally Swedish, but now quite Danish after 20 years here :-), daughter Emilia 11 years, and son Felix 14 years. We also have our very cute and social cocker spaniel Nubbi.
We have lived in our beautiful house for 11 years, and during that time it has gone through extensive renovations. It is now perfect - we think :-) We have not swapped our home, but have went on a rental through Intervac to Florida once. Also, Kajsas original family used Intervac for vacations when Kajsa was young in Sweden - where we swapped our then home and summer house in Sweden with an appartement in Paris, and a town house in New York. I remember those vacations as an absolute wonderful way of travelling/vacationing - so now I want to do the same with my own children.
Please note - our dog will not come along on the swap - and she will be taken care of by family when we are away.
