A lovely house next to the sea and the golf course
Our attached house is situated in the peaceful setting with the back garden where you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea and the golf course. There are three bedrooms upstairs: one large light with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, second light and cosy with two-level bed and the third on the top floor arranged in the office style. There are also two bathrooms with the shower and the bath.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an elegant beige marble on the floor, fireplace and large windows that take you to the terrace and a small garden where we enjoy our meals round the year or just a nice glass of wine. On the same floor there is also an open kitchen with all appliances and a small W.C.
We have a computer for your disposal and of course a wifi-network with high speed fibre optic broadband connection. The TV-room is a curved Samsung and has a 46" LED 3D-TV with many cable-channels.
We have a covered parking space where we park a SsangYong Rexton which is also available for exchange. A private swimming pool is just round the corner where you can get relaxed on the shade of a pine or in the full sun, if you prefer.
Our sunny and quiet home is situated just 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes ride from the promenade in wonderful and busy coast town Rincón de la Victoria. Along the promenade, on the front seashore there are plenty of restaurants with amazing local food such as paella or seafood.
In our nearby area there is a coffee shop, grocery store and two large shopping centres. If you are sport fan you can also enjoy playing tennis, padel or golf which facilities are just 3 minutes walking distance from home. Our location is very convenient only 25 minutes from Malaga’s airport and 15 minutes ride from the centre of historic city of Málaga famous by its Picasso Museum and Alcazaba (a fortress palace built by Muslims). This dynamic city also offers:
- a picturesque harbour with restaurants with flamenco shows at night and dockyard to have a nice stroll
- wonderful sunny beaches with plenty of places to sit in the sun, have coffee, eat lunch or just people watch
- night clubs, leisure and shopping centres

We’re a friendly married couple in our mid-fifties with a son, based in sunny Málaga. Sebastián is a professor at the University of Málaga and Joanna is an English teacher. We enjoy a relaxed, respectful lifestyle and love discovering new places, whether that means exploring neighbourhoods, visiting museums, trying local food, or spending time outdoors.
