House in western France in Bretagne nearly the sea
Our house is a typically Brittany house, which was modernized. We live in a peaceful neighbourhood, ten minutes on foot from city center, 5 minutes from the station with a car.
There is place for a family with 3 children: With one floor, the House consists with 4 bedrooms and a playroom with a sofa bed, a large living room, a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets, a garden with Outdoor games and terrace.
By car, you’ll need 5 minutes to drive to the swimming pool, 10-15 minutes to the sea. If you like walking, there is a lot of ways in front of the sea or in the Forest. Around here you can visit several important places in Brittany (Rennes with the Parliament, saint Malo’s ramparts, bréhat Island, chaos du gouet..)
If you want, it’s possible to exchange cars.

About the neighborhood
Saint-Brieuc is a middle Town (50 000) with three valleys, between earth and sea.
There is a lot of ways to hike, especially the GR34, the chaos du gouët, erquy and the « cap Fréhel ». You can discover Plouha’s cliffs, the pink granit coast and why not brehat’s Island.
If you enjoy sports activities, you can rent kayak, climb the erquy’s Cliff, do your first dive, or why not to play golf in Val André.
There are several castles to discover. (Fort La latte, la roche jagu, mont saint Michel).
On markets, you can find Brittany specialities (crêpes, galettes, cider , seafoods)

Excellent échange avec la famille de Karin, dans l’esprit d’Intervac, avec le souci d’un bon accueil et l’ouverture aux autres! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Göteborg. L’archipel est magnifique. La maison est conforme aux descriptifs, spacieuse, agréable, dans un quartier calme. Karin nous a donnés de précieux conseils sur les lieux à visiter aux alentours, avec des adresses utiles pour le quotidien. La communication a été très facile et fluide, Karin a toujours été réactive en cas de besoin. À notre retour, aucun problème concernant la maison ou la voiture.
What a great exchange with Martine and her family! Easy communication, good advices to discover the surroundings or to enjoy local restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful in a great area with a lake just next door (beach in 10 min walking distance) unforgettable for children! And the kids loved to feed the rabbits. Our house was also very clean when we came back.

Lucile plays volley-ball . Élina likes running and swimming, Éva too.
