We live 3 minutes away from downtown Saint Brieuc.
The neibourghood is very friendly, every generations mixed.
We have shops nearby:a remarkable butcher (50 m), an organic shop (1km) and a little commercial center (1km)
You can reach a little valley form the house and reach the sea if you like walking!
An educational farm is close to the house,very nice place for family (animals, valley, playgrounds).
