From here you can get to beautiful Salzburg, Hallstatt or one of the wonderfully crystal-clear lakes in the Salzkammergut in about an hour's drive. Imperial Vienna can be easily reached in 2 hours by car or even more relaxed in 2 hours by train from the nearby train station.
