Quiet Upgraded Edwardian Terraced near Dublin City Centre
The house is a fully upgraded end of terrace Edwardian house, in a working class district of the city. It comprises 3 double bedrooms (one converted attic), a study (with wireless internet), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a kitchen, a dining room, a double living room, and a patio. Alarmed and with double glazing, this relaxed, comfortable home is full of books, and antic furniture. The house is 150 square meters. I have already exchanged many times with different people of all kinds, from all over the world, and they always enjoyed their stay. Some have kept in contact.

The exchange was wonderful, the apartment is extremely well located, in the non-touristy part of Venice, but all the amenities are really close by. The apartment was very clean, extremely well organised. and the whole experience was extremely smooth, thanks to Marina's kindness, sense of welcome and organisation. Thank you!
Jean-Philippe a été très disponible et présent au téléphone quand il le fallait, très dynamique et sympathique. Sa maison, bien située très près de Dublin, et accessible en bus est très agréable et sa terrasse a été utilisée chaque beau jour (14/17) à Dublin ! Une ville très facile, des pubs magnifiques....! The exchange was organised at the last minute and very quickly. Both were delighted with the opportunity to exchange but all probably went faster than usual. yet, from the outset, whatsapp discussions were friendly and organised. The house in Sant Pol de Mar is simply fabulous, where you enjoy both mountain, seaside (5 mins walk) and rest. It is extremely calm. And both terraces are in the trees because of the house location. The garden provides ample shade and the heat wave was absolutely not a problem. The house is spacious, beautiful and relaxing. Exchanging was a complete pleasure from start to finish and I do hope we meet again. Intervac has proved, yet again, to be faultless.

Hello! I am French, born in 1965, a newly retired lecturer (Comparative Literature and Sexuality Studies), and I have lived between Paris, Dublin and Mexico City for the last 30 years. I enjoy travelling, eating out, reading, relaxing with friends, as well as cultural life and the outdoors. I am very open to any destination. E-mailing prior to any exchange is paramount, obviously, so that we get to know each other, and ease your mutual stays in any way possible. I don't smoke, and prefer either long weekends or long stays (2/3 weeks). I need WIFI.
I have exchanged about 25 times through different sites, in France, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Every single time it was very nice experience, very rewarding in terms of discovering people, and exchanging new ways of life, also, I actually have kept in contact with some people!
