Waterfront home on Vancouver Island Canada

We are located on Sproat Lake, Vancouver Island considered one of the most pristine, beautiful, warm lakes in British Columbia, Canada. In 2023 CNN Travel named Vancouver Island to its list of the 25 most beautiful places in the world. .Enjoy the stunning views, sit on the dock, kayak, swim, hike through ancient forests or soak in the peaceful ambiance of lake life. There are sandy ocean beaches on both sides of the island, Victoria is 2.5 hours away. Vancouver is about 4 hours away because you need to take a ferry. The area of the home shown in the pictures is about 800 sq ft and has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an open kitchen living floor plan. This suite is in our walkout basement, allowing us to do nonsimultaneous exchanges.

Our home is in a rural area of Vancouver Island surrounded by a temperate rainforest at Sproat Lake. There is lots of hiking and water activities. The area is most suited if you love forests, outdoor activites and being active. In the summer there is a dock with lounge chairs where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a gazebo if you prefer shade.
