Our flat is located in the beautiful village of Conil de la Frontera in the province of Cadiz. Conil is a charming coastal town on the Costa de la Luz in southern Spain, known for its pristine beaches, rich history, and vibrant offer to tourists and locals. The town offers visitors a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with its stunning natural landscapes, delicious seafood, and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're strolling through its whitewashed streets, enjoying the Mediterranean climate, or exploring the nearby attractions, Conil is a must-see destination for those looking to experience authentic Andalusian charm. Conil is strategically located to visit other beautiful towns both on the coast and inland (Vejer, Tarifa, Medina...), as well as to go to Africa.
Our apartment has all the equipment to feel comfortable because although it is not our first home, we spend some time there. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher and of course, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, mixer, etc.
We have two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and queen size bed and the other with two 90 cm beds.
There is air conditioning, WIFi and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the views to the sea, even though It is not on the beachfront.
It is a very quiet residential that offers two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, both fenced as a security measure and with a lawn area and sunshades. There is also a paddle tennis court and a small park with swings for children.
It has a lift and a garage.
This flat is available for non-simultaneous exchanges or simultaneous ones. Our main listing ES277362 is preferibly for simultaneous exchanges.

Pasamos unos días fantásticos en el apartamento de Conil. La ubicación era perfecta para desconectar y la piscina fue un auténtico lujo. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La comunicación fue siempre fácil y agradable. En resumen, una experiencia de intercambio sobresaliente.
El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con una terraza con vistas al mar. Los espacios comunes muy amplios y con todas las comodidades. La ubicación del apartamento es ideal para visitar la provincia de Cádiz, ya que queda equidistante de zonas de interés turístico. Además dispone de parquing en el mismo edificio. Maribel ha sido muy amable en todo momento y muy atenta a que estuvieramos alojados en las mejores condiciones. Hemos estado genial, una gran experiencia.
Nice family and communication was good. Conil is very beautiful.

A Welcoming Family Who Loves to Travel
Nuestra familia: Luis (56 años), Maribel (55), Darío (24) y Marco (20). Tenemos una gata extremadamente cariñosa pero podemos dejarla con amigos.
Nos encanta viajar, conocer nuevos sitios, somos tanto de naturaleza como de ciudad, historia, cultura... Somos muy respetuosos con las cosas de los demás y nos encanta que quien intercambie con nosotros se sienta como en casa.
Our family: Luis (56), Maribel (55), Darío (24) y Marco (21). We have a she-cat that is extremely loving and cuddly, but we can find some friends to take care of her.
We love travelling and discovering new places. We enjoy both nature and city life, as well as history and culture. We are very respectful of other people’s things, and we love making sure that anyone who exchanges with us feels at home.
