In a quiet, central location, Villa 17 has a 3-star rating for furnished tourist accommodation. Suitable for families but also for professionals who want to work remotely, it offers quality services with a fibre network connection (high-speed WiFi: 501 Mbps/493 Mbps upstream). Everything is within walking distance: 5 minutes from the town centre with its shops, cafés and restaurants, and 10 minutes on foot from the beaches of Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains, the sister town.
The accommodation
Villa 17 is warm and welcoming: we've taken the time to decorate it to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The ground floor is bright and airy, with east-west windows on both sides of the house. It comprises the living room with flat-screen TV (a wired connection is available for DTT reception with some news channels while we wait for the fibre connection, which is imminent) and DVD player with some DVDs, the dining table and opening onto a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, mini food processor, etc.). A small courtyard of 10 m2 to the rear of the kitchen allows you to eat outside in summer.
1st floor: one bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and memory foam mattress, WC with washbasin, bathroom with large shower and washing machine.2nd floor: a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) equipped with a memory foam mattress and a beautiful view, a third small bedroom with a trundle bed (2 beds 90 x 190).
The 2 main bedrooms are spacious and have high ceilings.The third bedroom is ideal for 1 or 2 children.
Books and games are available in the cupboard on the 2nd floor. If it rains, the children can play in the bedroom while the parents watch a DVD in the living room.
WIFI is available.
Easy, free parking close to the house.
You're close to all the shops, as well as the fish market. Everything can be done on foot.
Nearby, Mers les Bains and Eu, sister towns, offer a beautiful heritage to visit.
A wide range of activities are available: beach, fishing, steam train, Marquenterre bird sanctuary, crossing the Baie de Somme, seal watching, media library, aquatic centre, cinema and casinos.

About the neighborhood
The house is located in a passageway (you cannot park, just park in front of the house while you unload your car). However, you will easily find free parking in one of the two perpendicular streets. There are very few cars in the street, so it's very, very quiet (the seagulls can be a bit noisy during the mating season). Our next-door neighbour is a very kind elderly lady who will be happy to help you if you need it.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Le Treport and Mers-les-Bains, and a 10-minute walk from all the shops.
La maison est située dans un passage (vous ne pouvez pas vous garer, juste stationner devant la maison le temps de décharger votre voiture). Par contre, vous trouverez facilement de la place gratuite dans l'une des deux rues perpendiculaires. Peu de voitures circulent dans la rue, c'est donc très très calme (les mouettes peuvent être un peu bruyantes lors de la saison des amours). Notre proche voisine est une dame âgée très gentille qui ne manquera pas de vous aider si vous en avaez besoin.
La maison est à 10 minutes à pied des plages du Treport et de mers-les-Bains, et à 10 minutes à pieds de tous les commerces.
