Beautiful flat in front of the beach with incredible sea view
Hi ! We exchange our flat in Mojacar. We are Jose (retired teacher -65 years old), Ana (teacher 55 years old) and our son Pepe (student. 17 years old)
Our flat is a two bedrooms flat with a big living room- kitchen, two bathrooms, one big terrance with a wonderful view and another small terrance next to the main bedroom.
The flat has incredible views to the sea, the beaches and the mountains. The beach (Ventanicas Beach)) is a very big one and is just 2 minutes walking from the flat. There is also a comunal pool you can use
Next to the flat you have everything you main need: pubs, restaurants, supermarket,..
In the flat, you have fridge, washing-machine, cooker, heating, air com, etc..
There are also public transport to go to Mojacar pueblo ( ten minutes by bus) and some other places: Garrucha, Vera, Almeria, Murcia,Granada,etc..
In front of the beach, you have a 3 km promenade where you can walk and enjoy the nice weather we have all the year round (see picture, please)
As this is our second home, you can come anytime you want, but we have to go in Summer We would like to exchange for around 15 days)
Mojacar is a very special place recetly considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain
There are 3 airports nearby: Almeria (45 minutes), Murcia (1 hour and 30 minutes) and Alicante (2 hours) These airport have special bus services to Mojacar

José and his family were excellent hosts. Communication was always open, clear, and honest, which made everything so easy. The home was exactly as described, and the terrace and the view even more beautiful than on the pictures. Everything was well-maintained, and the pool was a real highlight. We had an amazing time!

We spent two weeks at Eggert´s flat in Reykiavik. It is a very nice and comfortable place near the city centre. Just in front of the sea and promenade with wonderful views.Eggert has been very nice and helped us a lot with everything. We recomend it
Heimili Jose og fjölskyldu hans er alveg eins og hann lýsir á síðu Intervac. Umhverfi er fallegt og gott. Samskipti við Jose voru góð og einföld, hann svaraði öllum fyrirspurnum og aðstoðaði með allt sem þurfti.
