A nice apartment in a two-story house with 10 apartments

Cozy small apartment near to the sea in what is called Vesturbær in Reykjavík. Vesturbær is old part of Reykjavík, a quiet area. Bus stop near to my house. It just take 15-20 minutes to walk down town Reykjavík from my home.
My bed is 140x200. Sofa in the living room can be used for a child up to 1.40 height. I also have a mattress if needed for a child.
I would sometimes travel alone but also like to invite family members to go with me.

Sobre el vecindario

Vesturbær, name of the area, is one of the older part of Reykjavík. But in the last years have been built many new houses. One of them is the house I live in.
Near by is the local swimming pool, coffe shop, grocery store and a ice cream shop.
Shops and restaurants are located in Grandi ( 15 minutes walk) and there is one of many harbor in Reykjavík.
The city center is in15-20 minutes walk from my home. Reykjavik pond is downtown, The music hall Harpa is very baeutiful building and of course lots of restaurants and shops.

Nice little flat, cosy and very clean, suitable for 2 persons, very well located for visiting the city - you can get into the centre in 15 min. walking. Everything you need is nearby.
