London duplex apartment, 10-minutes by tube from city centre
We are Cecilia, 34, and Peter, 33, an opera director and film-making English teacher, keen to make the most of our holidays and opportunities to work abroad.
Our apartment is in Kentish Town, a bustling and historic neighbourhood North of central London. It is an excellent location for anyone wanting to explore the city by foot.
Downstairs we have a well-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, dish washer, washing machine), that leads to a dining room and living room. There is also a toilet. Upstairs we have two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower as well as a toilet.
Kentish Town Underground Station is a 2-minute walk away and the Northern Line will take you to the city centre - the British Museum, National Gallery, National Theatre - in 10 minutes.
We live a 2-minute walk from Kentish Town High Street, a bustling neighbourhood, with bakeries, cafés, shops, supermarkets and other amenities.
We are a 15-minute walk from Camden Market and the Regent's Canal, and a 20-minute walk from green Hampstead Heath (with its walks, swimming ponds and open-air pool).
We are a 35-minute walk from The British Library and International Railway Station King's Cross St Pancras.
