Lovely house (1931), nearby city centre Groningen
Our house is in the lovely village of Haren, 4.4 miles from the city Groningen (20 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by bus). The bus stop is arround the corner and has a direct connection with Central station Groningen. There is also a trainstation in Haren with has connection with Amsterdam (and other nice citys)
The house (build in 1931) is situated in a street with lots of old trees. It has 5 bedrooms, a small front and backyard and a separate shed.
The village of Haren is a villa village; it is also called the green pearl of the North.
The centre of Haren, and the largest botanical garden in the Netherlands, are both whitin walking distance.
Further west, 2 km from our house, is a lake "Paterswoldsemeer", a popular destination for sailors and other recreational users. At the south of Groningen is the lake "Hoornseplas". This lake, surrounded by several beaches, is exclusively intended for swimming.

Familepresentasjonstekst
We are Albert (teacher) and Noreen (business analist). We have two kids (30 en 29). A son, a psychologist, lives in Groningen and a daugther, a product devoleper, lives in Amsterdam.
We love travelling. In the past we have been all over the world, also with our kids. Now a days we have the holidays, thogether, and we like to expolore citys or nice surroudings by walking or by bike.
On some occasions our kids like to come and visit us (for few days) during a holliday
PS. we love all pets but because of allergies for cats we cannot exchange with families with cats
