We live in a beautiful renovated farmhouse: separate kitchen, large 75 m² living room with views over the Charente Valley, and a garden with a pergola-covered terrace and access to the cycle path.

About the neighborhood

We are practically next door to the town of Cognac, just a 5-minute drive from its center.
It's known for its Cognac houses (distilling takes place in winter), its walks along the Charente River (on foot, by bike, or by kayak) with its charming riverside cafes, and its music festivals (Blues Passions in early July, La Fête du Cognac in late July) as well as street art festivals (Coup de Chauffe in September).
