About the neighborhood
Sant Josep is a lively, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, just next to Barcelona. The area is very well connected by public transport, allowing easy access to Barcelona’s main attractions: approximately 20 minutes to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, 20–25 minutes to the Gothic neighbourhood and Sagrada Família, and around 50 minutes to Barcelona’s beaches. Guests can enjoy the energy of Barcelona while returning to a quieter and more residential environment.

A warm, family-centered home!
We are a family of six: a couple with four children aged 8 to 15. Family life is at the heart of everything we do. We love spending time together, taking mountain walks and nature outings, playing board games at home, reading and learning, and sharing meals with family and friends. Our home is a place where relationships are cared for and people feel welcome. We lived in the United States for three years, which opened us to other cultures and ways of life, and we are truly excited to be part of the HomeExchange / INTERVAC community, sharing our home with the same care and respect we offer our own.
