We are a family of three, me Annette, Matthias and our daughter -Clara- is 14 years. We offer you a very bright, sunny, south faced flat overviewing the roofs of Vienna. The 140m2 dublex- apartment on two floors with one balcony and a nice terrace is very good located and quiet. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a huge livingroom on the groundfloor and another one, right next to the terrce on the second level.

About the neighborhood
The apartment is perfect located and good connected to the superb viennese public transport. The lively area of the "Yppenplatz"-market you will find within 5min of walking distance. Hit the tram at the nearby station and you will be in vienna´s city center in less than 10 min. The same tram brings you - going to the other direction- to a huge park which leeds into the "wienerwald"- forest in just 15 minutes. The underground is 3 walkingminutes away, too.
Nice escapes to the lovely surroundings of Vienna with lakes, wineyards and authentic villages are the perfect supplement for cool summer holidays.
