Our appartment is on the second floor of a typical Viennese building from the beginning of 20th century. The house is located near the historic center of Vienna. By tram it takes less than 15 minutes to go to the Ringstraße with its famous buildings (Viennese Opera, Parliament, Town Hall, University etc.). In the direction opposite to the center you can reach the Wiener Wald (a huge forest in the western part of Vienna) within 15 minutes by tram.
Our flat is app. 175 m2 and was renovated in 2012. There are four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queensize bed and the kid´s rooms with a single bed each (in one of the kid´s room there is an extra mattress where two more persons can sleep). There are two big living rooms (one of them is equipped with a sofa bed for two persons). Alltogether there is place for up to nine persons. We have two bathrooms, the bigger one with bathtub and shower, the smaller one with shower. In the kitchen you will find everything you may need for cooking. You can eat either in the kitchen or in the extra dining room. Our flat is very cosy and we love it very much. We are sure you will enjoy your stay there.
