Our home is a comfortable three-floor traditional townhouse newly renovated located in the town center, in a quiet road street.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room, a laundry room, a guest toilet, and a semi-covered interior patio that brings natural light while protecting from the rain.
The first floor includes a double bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, a single bedroom, a second full bathroom, and a home office.
The top floor is an attic space mainly used for storage, with a low ceiling.
Our home is practical, bright and ideal for a couple or small family looking for a comfortable base to explore the area.

About the neighborhood
We live in the center of a small city (under 19 thousand inhabitants) with all services within walking distance: supermarkets, shops, library, hospital, gym, parks and more. There is also a traditional weekly market every Wednesday.
One of the biggest advantages of our location is the excellent transport connection. The train station is just a 3-minute walk from our house, with direct trains to Barcelona and Girona. By car, the highway entrance is only 2 minutes away, and both cities can be reached in about 30 minutes.
Just a 10-minute walk from home, you can access the forest and beautiful hiking routes in the Montseny Natural Park, a stunning natural area perfect for walking and mountain excursions.
The Mediterranean coast is also very close: you can reach the beaches in about 30 minutes by car, and the beautiful Costa Brava is less than one hour.
Our location offers the perfect combination of nature, sea, and easy access to vibrant cities.

Active young couple from Catalonia who love travel and nature
We are a 26-year-old couple from Catalonia, both working professionals. Lluís works in marketing in Girona and Ester works in finance in Barcelona. We live an active and healthy lifestyle - we enjoy cycling, hiking, going to the gym and spending time outdoors.
We share our home with our two cats, who are calm and well cared for. We are responsible, organized and respectful for other people’s homes.
We love traveling and discovering new places and ways of living. Ester grew up doing home exchange with her family for many years, and it was always a wonderful experience. Now that we have our own house, we are excited to continue this tradition together.
We also have close friends and family living nearby who can support us if needed, which gives extra peace of mind during exchanges.
