A nice house un Brittany just by the water
Our house, built in 1870, is large, comfortable, and pleasant. Although located in the heart of the city, its garden will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. For those who enjoy games, we have many board games as well as a great foosball table.
The house is large and welcoming. It's full of board games, books, comics, and a fantastic foosball table! It has a lovely garden full of birds, making us forget we're in the heart of the city. The barbecue is out whenever the weather permits. We have a small cat who spends a lot of time outdoors during the day. We are trying our hand at gardening and growing some strawberries, raspberries, currants and kiwi.

About the neighborhood
At the end of the street, there's a fantastic children's playground and a skatepark. The neighbors are all very friendly and always ready to help if needed; the atmosphere is calm and family-oriented. The town center is just a short walk away, and if you'd like to have a drink in a lively, historic pub, it's only a 200-meter walk.
We live right next to the church, whose bells ring every hour.

Travelers who love culture and nature
We live in a townhouse dating back to 1870, meaning we can easily walk everywhere. This includes grocery shopping, thanks to two very large local markets right in the town center, held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The sea is nearby, and we often go for walks there. We also enjoy walks in the forest. Beautiful beaches are a 10-minute drive away (and there's also a bus network). The GR34 is a coastal path that runs along the entire Breton coastline and is easily accessible from Saint-Brieuc. Numerous other hiking trails are also accessible near the house.
