Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, Frankrike

Our house is situated in the city of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in the Drôme Provençale area. It is located 45 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour and a half from Marseilles or Lyon by car. You can find the house in a cul-de-sac which means it's very quiet but it is at the same time very near to all city shops such as supermarkets, cinema, bakery, pharmacy or pizza maker's.
Our house is a three-bedroom house of about 100 m2 . It is equipped with a small swimming-pool ( 3m X3 m), just enough to get fresh! A/C is available.
It has 2-3 levels: the living-room and kitchen are situated on the 1floor, upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and bathroom with both a bath tube and a shower.
The washing machine is on the ground floor.
In the garden, there is a nice panorama from the terrace. in the garden, children can play in the trampoline or play " pétanque" with their parents on the boules pitch situated at the rear of the house.

We also would like to exchange our house in Taunton, UK with British families for a week-end or a few days ! I will upload more photos of this accommodation as soon as possible.
This house is situated in the city centre of Taunton which means you don't need a car to visit the city. We live close to Vivary Park ( 2 minutes by foot). where you can play mini-golf, golf, bowling or practise high ropes.
Our house is located in a quiet area.. Downstairs, there is a large kitchen and a large living-room. On the first floor, There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We don't have a backyard garden but a smal lopen terrace with a table and a bar.
Taunton is one hour drive from the beach and Cornwall. 1 hour drive from Bristol or 20 minutes by train. 1 hour from Bath by car.
