Looking for an Exchange during Summer 2025. Open to all propositions ! Nice house 20min from the center of Lyon (The World Gastronomic Capital) with a beautiful view! 1h30 from the Alps, 3h from the Côte d'Azur
Comfortable house in the countryside with a big and nice garden. It has a big terrace with a BBQ. The house environment is very quiet and it has all amenities.
We have in the first floor the entrance, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, one washroom and a laundry room.
In the 2nd floor, there 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All the house has air conditioning.
We live on a hill with a beautiful view where you can see Lyon. Our little town, Chaponnay, has many shops (baker, butcher, pharmacy) at 10 min walk, and a big supermarket at 10min in the car.
From our house, you can visit Lyon at 20min by car. Beautiful old city known as the capital of gastronomy.

We are a family of 4.
Leticia who is mexican and is 35. She is an application scientist.
Alexis who is french and is 35. He is a mechanical engineer.
We have two beautiful girls : Victoria who is 6 and Elena who is 3.
We love travelling. We lived 5 years in Canada (Calgary and Montreal). Leticia lived also 6 months in the USA.
Alexis was used to do home exchanges with his parents. They made 17 home exchanges all over the world. So he has the experience to organize a home exchange.
We would be happy to welcome you in our home which has plenty of advantages ! You will love it for sure.

GB092216We had a good exchange with Alexis and Leticia and family. Their house, which is situated uphill from the village, is in a very quiet location and there are lovely views over the surrounding countryside with beautiful sunsets. The house was comfortable, clean, well equipped and has an attractive garden. Overall a very enjoyable and successful exchange.

It's a great place, close to Lyon, in a green area close to the mountains. We recommend!
