A Nice house in south Sweden just by the marina

Close to the marina and beaches with a wonderful view over the strait that separate Sweden from Denmark is our house.
In an area full of interesting restaurants and beautiful nature with Kullaberg as an outstanding nature reserve.
Our house is a modern villa with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a wonderful glazed balcony upstairs . downstairs there are the kitchen 1 bathroom and a living room . 2 terraces one on the seaside and one from the kitchen.

In the area of Höganäs there are several of very nice golf courses
And it is very easy to visit beautiful Copenhagen either by car or train

About the neighborhood

In a quiet area only 300 meters from central of Höganäs and 300 meter from city beach is our house.
close to the house is there a bicycle path all the way to beautiful Mölle and Kullen ca 10 km .
And if you are in good condition only ca 20 km south there is a cykling path all the way to Helsingborg .

Vi är väldigt nöjda med både kontakt och boendet . Tyckte att det var bättre än väntat .Läget var perfekt vilket är svårt att se när man aldrig varit på platsen innan . ett väldigt rent och trivsamt hem . Många goda tips fanns oxå när vi kom till boendet .
