Cozy Home in Molins de Rei, Very Close to Barcelona.
Molins de Rei is the ideal place to visit the city of Barcelona and its surroundings, as well as to enjoy the tranquillity at the same time. It is very well connected by road and public transport. The center of Barcelona is 20 minutes away (Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, Park Güell, Port Olimpic, etc...).
There are beaches and coastal towns (Barceloneta, Castelldefels, Vilanova, Sitges) a few km away.
We are also very close to the mountain of Montserrat and other beautiful natural landscapes.
The house is in the upper part of the village, 10 minutes from the train station.
The flat has 92 m2 and consists of two floors; on the first floor there is the big bedroom (10 m2) with a double bed (2m x 1,50m), another big bedroom (9,5m2) with a trundle bed, two bathrooms, my office, the kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer...), the living room and a balcony (8 m2).
On the first floor, there is a large private terrace (64 m2) (our favourite place in the house!).
We have a large parking space (15 m2) in the same building.
By car you can visit - in a journey of just over 1 hour - the Costa Brava (Cadaqués, Empúries, Tossa de Mar, Dalí Museum in Figueres, Besalú ...), and charming cities such as Girona, Tarragona, among others.

About the neighborhood
Molins de Rei is a quiet town with good restaurants and shops of all kinds.
Our house is in the upper part of the town, enjoying excellent views and plenty of peace and quiet.
From Molins de Rei, you can easily reach Barcelona by train or bus.

Logement coorespondant exactement au descriptif, très propre, très confortable avec une terrasse très spacieuse permettant de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de la piscine située juste en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation et les ventilateurs. Nous avons fait nos trajets en métro jusqu'à Barcelone. On peut aussi l'utiliser pour aller à la plage à l'extérieur de Barcelone.
L'appartement d'Elisabeth et Jordi est vaste et magnifique. La terrasse sur le toit est incroyable et la piscine, merveilleuse. L'emplacement permet des déplacements faciles pour les principaux sites d'intérêts et bien sûr pour visiter Barcelone.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Élisabeth et Jordi. La terrasse est très agréable. La place Catalogne, en plein centre de Barcelone est à environ 45 minutes porte à porte en marchant puis en prenant le train, ce qui fut très pratique.
Es war ein eindrucksvoller Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung nahe Barcelona.
