In Art déco building,flat in Bourges, France
The luminous and large flat is into the historic area , near bus-stop and pleasant places of the town such as muséums, gardens, parks, lake, golf, open air and out door olympic swimming pool heated all year round.
My flat (more than 100m2) is very comfortable on the 3rd floor with lift, in a 1930's building of twelve apartments , exposed est/west with a blossom balcony on each side . There are a large entrance, large living-dining room, a main large bedroom, a second one, a modern kitchen fit out all you need and a bathroom with shower and bath. Toilet is apart .
Bourges is a lovely, historic town with museums and a famous gothic cathedral listed by UNESCO.
I am on the Jacques Coeur's road where many castles completing Loire's castles in the center of France.
There are many possibilities to discover surroundings: many roman or gothic churches, medieval abbeys, XVIth, XVIIth , XVIIIth centuries 's heritage ) in less 50km.

You are not far from Orléans , Tours , Lyon, Nevers , Moulins ...
Less two hours of train, directly, you are in Paris .

in Italy ( Sicile, Pugglia,...), Greece, Germany , Mexico, Costa Rica, US West coast and open to other areas.

De locatie van het appartement was geweldig en er hing een aangename sfeer. Wel waren we verbaasd over de enorme hoeveelheid boeken die in alle ruimtes lagen en de enorme hoeveelheid spullen in de keuken. Dat laatste zorgde ervoor dat het koken met de nodige moeite gepaard ging. De foto's op de site geven de indruk dat alles goed is opgeruimd en dat is niet overeenkomstig met wat wij aantroffen. Het zou een eerlijker beeld geven als foto's worden gemaakt zoals het appartement wordt aangeboden: foto's waarbij zichtbaar wordt dat er ook stapels boeken en tijdschriften op salontafels, kastjes e,d, liggen. Of zorg dat het appartement ook zo netjes wordt aangeboden als het op de foto's staat. Verder was het erg stoffig. Wij konden daar goed tegen maar wie gevoelig is voor huisstofmijt kan beter niet met deze partner ruilen. Het appartement was door de inrichting ook niet goed schoon te maken en we hebben het daardoor ook maar beperkt kunnen poetsen bij vertrek. Ik heb bij vraag 4 gezet "JA" omdat ik voor anderen niet kan beoordelen of dit appartement voor hen OK is of niet.
