Madrid is one of the most exciting and vibrant capitals in Europe with excellent museums, theatres, restaurants, shopping and all what you need to enjoy your stay…with some amazing places not very far such as Toledo, Segovia , Avila, El Escorial, Aranjuez, La Granja, Salamanca, which are included in the Unesco world heritage list.

Our house is located in the northern area of Madrid and has three floors. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. On the entrance floor there is a living room with piano and a large library, and a study room. On the lower floor there is a living room with TV, the kitchen and a bathroom and a hallway with access to the garden.

Lovely house in a great location. So close to the metro!! The people were really nice. The house was nicer than presented on the website and my house was perfect when I returned home.

We would like to exchange our home with you during two or three weeks. We are Isabel (Librarian) and Nacho (Economist) and we have three adult children; two boys (37 and 29) and a girl (36) and one granddaughter (5) but not always are coming with us. We have had 35 wonderfull exchanges all amazing and unforgettables experiences. I think that it is not necessary to mention about all the things that you can do in a city like Madrid, but I remember you that there are also a lot of places to visit not very far such us Toledo, Avila, Segovia, Cuenca and other places wich are included in the Unesco world heritage list; El Escorial, Aranjuez, La Granja and so on.
Our home is at 20 minutes walking from Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
